Click on ‘Posts’ in the menu bar on the left hand side of the screen and choose ‘Add New’

This is the new post screen you will see…

Add a title – between 8 and 12 words long is best

You can either create each post by designing a page from scratch or you can select a template from your library (this is obviously quicker and gives your blog a more uniform look and feel).  If you are selecting a template, click on ‘Library’ or choose a Container to begin adding your content.  Use the ‘Save Draft’ button to save your work without publishing.

Create your content adding a mix of text, images / video etc

Move the menu on the right hand side of the screen.  Select a category for your post.

Add some tags.  Tags let your readers find other similar content when they’ve finished reading one post so you want to keep them simple and consistent throughout your blog, eg Products, News etc

Click on the Publish button if you want your content to be live right away or Save Draft if you’d like to come back to it and publish it later.
